Downgrade my not be possible.  HPLIP is Python and the Python devs are 
idiots that always break compatibility with minor updates (python 3.x 
variants)  Hplip-3.20 may not run correctly if your Python is too new.

Make sure you are not setting the paper size in BOTH the HPLIP utility 
AND Libreoffice.  I Leave HPLIP at defaults, and Libreoffice works fine.

The M148dw requires a plugin,  make sure you have the correct version 
for Hplip-3.23.12 installed.

Upgrade to hplip-3.25.8
