It actually kind of surprises me that the commercial computer vendors can still draw significant attendees in Portland. This thread just reminded me about INTERFACE Portland which runs every March in the convention center. I've attended in the past mainly for swag, but this year I went ahead and registered in hopes that HPE might be exhibiting, since I'll be in the market for a Proliant later this year. What kind of shocked me a bit is that the show is less than a month away yet they still don't have an exhibitor list published. I have to wonder if they are having problems getting exhibitors lined up. Pretty much everything you need to know from those trade shows you can get online nowadays, it's almost not worth attending.
