There is an amusing expression: "The beatings will continue until morale 
improves".  In that spirit, unless someone comes up with a talk/speaker 
for August, I might just subject you to a talk of my own.

I have an idea: OpenWrt installation on Realtek-based managed switches.
But, if you have (or can find) something better, I'm happy to defer.
