Also, I want to acknowledge that Eldo was correct about the W1700K availability on ebay. I had not been watching it as closely there recently. I do see some for ~$60. I had mentioned seeing some from the Bezoid for around $80.
Be cautious, though, about devices that come without their OEM power supply (the chonky white wall wart)., which provides 5A 12V. I can tell you from experience that even 2A is NOT SUFFICIENT.
