Sorry for the somewhat off-topic post but I'm going to put up a web page
soon and would like to put it on a free server somewhere other than in the
United States. This is because my current project is turning me into a
crypto freak and so I've have written several programs that incorporate
strong cryptography and want to put them up on my page. It would be
extremely funny if I wouldn't even be able to download stuff from *my own*
web pages due to the export restrictions that US law has on cryptography.
