this month's (sept 2000) issue of Maximum Linux magazine focuses on burning
CD's on linux. its got a free CD w/cd-burning tools. haven't read my copy
yet, dunno if it covers burning vcd's, but i think its worth a look...
better hurry though; there are only at most two copies of the mag per
national bookstore branch...
