The problem really is not making Apache serve-up ASP, but hosting of COM,
COM+, etc. objects that are inherently hosted in Windows environments. In
cases like this, IMHO it would be best if the app is ported to the native
environment. This is why Java-based application servers are very popular
right now... It becomes a common environment for server-side applications,
making then easier to move from server-to-server, and across
diff. platforms.
