How can setup it to that figure?

I did not made anything to fixed the problem of my squid/NAT setup. I was
surprised yesterday when we tested it again. It was fast. Truly the cache
was caching websites. The disney.com website was only 3 seconds to
download. It has many graphics. One thing I noticed was the modem
itself. The ping results was 6000 ms. It's very slow. We tried a US
Robotics modem. The ping result became small about 270ms. It's faster. Our
client is now satisfied. Also, I told him to buy a switching hub. Intel
InBusiness 10/100, 8-port switch. NICE. They will connect their 30
computers on the LAN.

Thank you:
1. squid- one of the stable proxy
2. plug- The friendliest Linux users in the world!!! (zip-zip!), :)
3. redhat- One of the user friendly Linux distribution
4. US Robotics- stable modems
5. Intel swicth- nice and reliable
