This is in no way an answer to your question. A tip, though: start by
making sure you've got an EDGE, or at the least, a decent market niche.
Don't just join the crowd. Be the best of the existing crowd, or start
your own. I also notice that you don't normally charge on a per-page
basis, but rather on a per-project basis, price varying per project,
discussed and agreed upon before starting. I highly suggest you form your
team first, and get your act together, make an awesome webpage for your
own group, and THEN offer to make pages for others for a fee (or maybe for
free, at first).
