What I did was I used the web utility to send the password to myself. I
think your problem is that you did not subscribe yourself to the list
but were auto-subscribed during the iphil-qlinux transition. Visit
http://lists.q-linux.com/mailman/listinfo/plug
and enter your email doon sa "To change your subscription..." then click
"Edit Options." Inside there will be an option na "Forgotten Your
Password?"
