For example:

1) squid.conf:

cache_effective_user nobody
cache_effective_group nobody

2) Sa partition mo na "proxy" ang pangalan ng mount point ng cache_dir

Then, issue the command,

# chown nobody:nobody proxy 

3) Then, issue the command /usr/local/squid/bin/squid -z
para ma-create ang cache_dir.
