[plug] IP Masquerading or Proxy

Im planning to connect a bldg. having an internet access using  private ip addressing scheme.   Im just wondering if this purpose could be achieved using Squid proxy-caching server only.   Or should I enable the proxy server with IP Masquerading functionality.   Pls. advise. ________________________________________________________________________________   Antonio C.
