Actually i've read a lot of books published by M$ Press, "Debugging the
development process" and "Writing Solid Code" by Steve Maguire. Also the
'Microsoft Secrets" book which describes a little of what's going on
inside Redmond.

The policies and development methodologies inside M$ are pretty mature,
which is most probably the result of years and years in the software
development business.

So there's really a lot to learn from the way MS does its business inside
its walls... and a lot not to learn from the way MS does its business
OUTSIDE its walls...
