I've seen something like that which is available locally: the IBM Aptiva
E57. It looks SO cool. But it's too damn expensive (57000). And from the
specs, I suspect it only has 2 DIMM slots (max 256MB RAM). But the base
package at least already comes with a PIII-667MHz (133MHz FSB,
Coppermine), 64MB RAM, and a DVD drive.
