In a nutshell, all you really have to do is use the WAP tags instead of
HTML.  If you are already using a content generation tools like JSP, or
PHP, or ASP or the likes, then you already have most of the technologies
you have.  

The same is true if you want to port your app to PQA (palm query app) --
you just need to use the tags available. 

For these types of apps, I suggest you look at XSLT
(http://www.xslt.com) if you have plans to templatize your solution -- so
you have a single code to generate the data, the the XSLT will just match
the approriate template (for HTML, WAP, or PQA)
