Dear Pluggers,
I have my Linux Redhat 6.2 machine running with squid 2.X
and a ppp connection to my isp. It also runs my apache web
server for my intranet web site. This server is my
workstations proxy server. It is working fine but my clients
are complaining that they cannot login to HOTMAIL. The login
page comes out but when you key-in your username and
password and login it displays "Page cannot be found".
Another problem is I can't access my local website whenever
I made a connection to my isp. I heard about transparent
proxy using ipchains and tproxy. I've tried using them but
it does'nt seem to work. Maybe its my configuration. I also
have tried setting squid with transparent proxying but still
no luck.
I hope somebody would throw me a hand on this. Thanks.
