No. 2 is what I want. I am glad that it could be done on Linux. My
colleagues from ITS Davao tells me that this could be done also on NT. So
for this type of setup then I really need a printer server to avoid needing
additional computers to hook the printers to. But is there an ISA or PCI
card that can add parallel ports to a computer the same way that there are
cards available for serial ports? If you know of such are there any vendors
in Manila who has this? How much does print servers cost these days?
