No. That requires a leased-line connection to the telco SMSC. Globe
promised us (Mozcom) that they'd give us access but it got forgotten..

You don't need their cooperation if you operate your own dialup service
and WAP gateway (as I plan to do..) but you need to have data services
enabled on your phone. I was just at Globe this morning and the
nice-looking-yet-so-technically-incompetent woman didn't understand what I
wanted. She kept insisting that I should get GlobeXplore (which is a 32K
SIM pack, go figure..) or the mobile office, which is overkill..

If I had to get mobile office, I'd go for Smart. *THEIR* mobile office
product includes 43.2kbps HSCSD connectivity via a 6210. Globe only offers
9.6kbps.
