good day pluggers!!
sorry for the off-topic posting...
i am setting up a dedicated dial-up using radiusd-cistron-1.6.4
i have the following entries on my users file under /etc/raddb.
zeej Auth-Type = System, Simultaneous-Use = 1
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Fall-Through = Yes,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobson-TCP-IP,
Framed-IP-Address = 111.222.333.444,
Framed-IPX-Network = 0,
Idle-Timeout = 895
where:
zeej is the username found in passwd files
111.222.333.444 is the valid dedicated IP for zeej
My problem is, when i dial-in, though properly authenticated, and when i do a winipcfg
/all, it displays an IP Address other than 111.222.333.444. I also checked the detail
file and my radius authentication server has assigned different IP addresses from my
ip pool every login session.
Did i miss something on my users file? Is there any erronous syntax in any entries?
Thank you for your time...
Zeej
