if it's based on 2.0.x kernels, you have to specify the memory for it to
recognize memories larger than 64MBytes
you have to append mem=128M to the kernel so it would know that it got
128M of memory. Take note, making this number larger than your physical
memory will lock the kernel.
if you're using lilo, just add this on your lilo.conf
append="mem=128M"
then run lilo.
