Unless you are ready to spend in 6 digit figure per month, IMHO I think it
is better to set-up your own dial-up network. That means you need 20
phoneline for the 10 branches, and you will need a multi-port serial card
(is this the official name?) If my memory works correctly, I think the 8
port card is just around 25,000.00 you can have 2 of these on your HQ in a
Linux Server and have 10 Modems + 10 Phonelines waiting for each of the 10
branch to dial-in. For internet access the HQ server can have additional
modem to ISP or even a cable internet connection.
with this setup you will only be spending around 30,000.00 per month (for
the 20 phonelines + dial-up account on ISP) against at least 100,000.00 per
month networking with VPN.
