It doesn't matter to me as long as ordinary users can use it to transfer
their files. But,

WinSCP does not know how to tunnel.
No success here yet with TeraTerm Pro+SSH.
It would be great if there were a tunneling ONLY program for Windows, no
terminal. Any Windows coders in the house?
