However, i managed to looked deep into the documentation of radiusd and discovered 
that i can really deny access to a certain group of users.

what i did is: i added the following lines before the auth-type = system line.

# Deny access to all supplementary/secondary accounts.
#
DEFAULT  Group = "denygroup", Auth-Type = Reject
         Reply-Message = "Please use your Primary    Account to login" 

Then i added a group name denygroup then, added all the supplementary accounts within 
that line. 

And that's about it!





IMHO, you should set different groups for primary and seconday accounts.
let's say set primary accounts to have a gid of 100 and the secondary to
be 150 . If this is set, it shouldn't be hard to configure radius to block
users belonging to group 150.
