[plug] NET pre-paid cards requirements

hello everyone!

we're planning to offer Pre-paid Internet Access. But first, i would like to hear from 
you guys out there, the pros and cons of offering such service.

Also, can i know the basic requirements/setup and other related stuffs regarding 
pre-paid internet.
