Take a look at www.compbook.com.sg. It is offering the book for SGD 49.00 or
about USD 28. Even with s&h, that should be cheaper than USD 60. I'm not
familiar with the tax you have to pay, though.
It must be selling well as it is presently out of stock, but you can order.
