Linux Professional Institute does LPI (Linux Administration 101 and
102) thru Virtual University E-something (VUE). There are a sh*tload of
VUE-accredited testing centers here in the Philippines. Check www.lpi.org
for details.
The -101 and -102 exams cost $99 each. Any decent Linux user should have
no trouble passing them, at least, according to this page:
