SuSE Linux Labs Phils. in Manila offers vendor independent certification coordinated 
with LPI and SAIR named Linux Ceritfied Engineer (LCE) which most Silicon Valley based 
companies here in California look for.

you need not go far over here to the US to earn the certification since SuSE is the 
only global linux company properly represented in the Phils.
