Good Day,
     i've edited squid.conf and placed:

acl BANNED src 192.168.0.16/255.255.255.0
http_access deny BANNED

then i re-started squid... but the computer with ip
address 192.168.0.16 can still surf... what did i
miss? thanks in advance...
