Not if you're using IDE. The reason for putting swap on another drive is
to distribute the I/O (so that swap disk usage doesn't compete with
legitimate disk usage). But with IDE controllers only one drive per chain
can be active. And, even if you put two IDE drives on separate IDE chains
(e.g. primary and secondary) Intel PIIX IDE controllers also serialize
access (only one controller can be active at a time).

So unless you're using SCSI or a high-end IDE controller (them Ultra66 or
Ultra100 controllers) you'll gain no benefit from distributing the swap
around.
