Look in the kernel SCSI drivers. If your ZIP plugs straight into a SCSI
port (very old models did this I believe) there's no need for lowlevel
drivers other than those for your SCSI controller. If you plug it into a
parallel port (the usual type) the relevant SCSI low-level drivers are ppa
and imm, use the latter if you have a newer (post-1998 I think and
ZIP-250) drive and the former if you have an old drive. In my experience,
since I often pull the drive out and lug it around, it's much better to
modularize the drivers rather than make them integral to the kernel. For
the newer USB ZIP's I imagine you'll have to compile the generic USB
storage driver found in 2.2.18 and later kernels.
