1. the error says: "You must enter the administrative password, or the
password of the user you want to view..."
have you tried that???
2. it would be also appropriate to consult the docs which came with the
script, or if it was developed in-house, please ask its programmer FIRST before
resorting to plug.
3. some downloadable scripts/packages have mailing lists dedicated for them,
you can also try to view their archives.
