Who are you talking about, Ike Seneres?  Assuming he will be retained by
GMA, you can at least be assured that he will listen to open source
advocates.  He is even a board member of bluepoint technologies which is
actively engaged in open source training and solutions locally.

Once upon a time he had a closed mind on linux and open source, but
realities of government budgets and our constant lobbying probably changed
his mind.
