[plug] named question

guys,

it's kindda weird noticing my named dying and therefore unable to restart itself. I 
found this in my linux box running as my primary name server.

so everytime i came into office, this is the first thing that i've been checking and 
restarting.

what should i check and how am i going to resolve this?
