Can you still recall the name of the command-line-based client?

I remember doing this for someone.. I used some command-line based
client.
Yeah, it was SNPP, 1200baud I believe. You had to deal with the pager
company to get access to that line (which wasn't authenticated, if I
recall correctly..)
