Ya i learned that the hard way. Got this Canon LBP-660 laser printer
WITHOUT checking the net for compatibility. It turns out the
Linux-Printing howto lists it as a paperweight, totally unusable to Linux.
I asked myself how could i possibly go wrong with a printer (a winmodem
maybe but not a LASER printer!)
Sheesh. Good thing i have a good supplier and they got it back. I'm now
back to my good old Lexmark Optra E.
