I admit that, and that should be sent to the list too, but I also hope
that whenever we want somebody to "know" the rules, aside from sending the
rules to the list, mention that it is also in the site so that we don't
have to send it frequently. Maybe all the "in-charge" should also have a
copy of those things so they just forward it to the right person in case
it is needed. =)
