I agree. But ... how? I volunteered for Samba, but honestly, I haven't
found anything on making Samba use PAM for authentication. I know of the
pam_smb module, but that's for PAM to authenticate via a Samba server.
I'll be doing research and will keep the list posted, but maybe someone
has already done research and can share some URLs?
