[plug] Open Source Contributors for the PLUG website

hi guys,

there is a suggestion to me that we add a page on the website for people
who helped in Open Source Projects with the names of the contributors and
the projects they contributed on.  The project doesn't have to be made by
pinoys, just the pinoys who contributed. e.g. blah blah contributed to
squid and his name is seen in the credits. =)  The purpose is to show that
 people see that they get some rewards from helping..

 =)
