I think the linuxvirtualserver can do some of the functionality, then hire
C Linux coders to do the rest ;)  At Philippines-levels of bandwidth, you
don't have to balance static servers though; you would if you have some 
dynamic app or want to survive server failure.  How many "Nines" do you
need?  (as in 0.9, 0.99. 0.999...)
