Like I said, the error randomly appeared.  Sometimes it appears, other times
it doesn't on the same PC being reinstalled twice in 1 day (long story on
why we reinstalled twice, don't ask)  :-)

The problem disappeared when I  copied from the original RH6.2 CD (the other
CD was burnt from the iso image).  Use the updated bootdisk and the updates
disk.  Even if it the problem doesn't disappear, you should be using these
new disks anyway to install.
