Is it possible to add new partitions to RAID0 without damaging the
existing partition? I have made a successful RAID0 (/dev/md0, two
HDs)) and wanted to add a new harddrive to the partition. So I edited
/etc/raidtab, made nr-raid-disks to 3, added device /dev/sdc1 raid-disk 3

After raidstop /dev/md0, i tried mkraid /dev/md0 hoping /dev/sdc1 will be
added to it. However:

/dev/sda6 appears to be part of a raid array ... blah blah

/dev/sda6 is of course part of the original /dev/md0 (with two HDs)

I had no problems implementing this when using RAID1 or RAID5 (I can use
raidhotadd or raidhotremove), but I'm stuck when using RAID0.

Tips appreciated!

TIA
