Oks lang yun.
Zope will continue to grow -- even with no marketing,
it will become more popular based on its merits
(just like linux, apache and perl did) because it fills
the needs of the people using and developing it.
Its not really that hard to learn (and its getting
easier, too!).
And as for finding Zope developers, you'll find it more
worthwhile to look for developers with really good programming
skills and have them learn Zope & Python pretty quickly (you'll
find it a lot easier than you think).
