Would this be the database of Pinoy Exchange? I've seen the database
die-off twice now. mySQL is pretty lightweight.. so if you put in the box
where your app is installed, have mysql bind to 127.0.0.1, and have the
PHP db code connect to 127.0.0.0:<port> instead, then your problem should
go away.
