hi benj,
i'm not so sure about rh7.0 it was too buggy that i didn't even try it.
anyway, on rh7.1 you just enable it in /etc/xinetd.d/swat by changing the
line:
disable = yes
to
disable = no
and then putting the appropriate entries in your /etc/hosts.allow like:
swat:127.0.0.1
and then restarting xinetd like so:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/xinetd restart
