---------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a call for complaints against the current administrator of .PH (DotPhone, Inc./DotPH, Inc./PH Domain Foundation/etc.). We are currently in the process of filing complaints regarding .PH for submission to the DTI on May 2, 2001. PhilDAC is currently pushing for the redelagtion of .PH to a non-profit organization, with representation from the members of the local Internet community (e.g., IT organizations, the government, business, and academic sectors, resellers and registrars, etc.). In this light, we would need your help in order to achieve this goal. Specifically, we would like to ask if you can submit to PhilDAC any complaints whatsoever that you might have regarding the current administratorship of .PH. These complaints can be of any nature, whether non-issuance of receipts, reseller-related complaints, time to update records, inefficiency, the .PH being a PHONE domain, sudden price increase, failure to consult with the local Internet community on .PH policies, non-refunding of payment when purchasing a non-available domain, etc. Your complaints can also be in any form -- whether informal or in notarized format.
