Thanks for your help and support on this.

Because of our involvement in cracking the European, Japanese, Australian
and American IT, E-Commerce and Call Center markets, this year's "EC Best
Practices" program at ACCEED (http://www.fmi.com.ph/ecommerce01/index2.html
or http://www.fmi.com.ph) from July 23-27, will include substantial
materials in developing/implementing/supporting credible and sustainable
programs. I believe that we are limited to a 2-year window to make this
happen, with corresponding  high illusion, frustration, casualty and
attrition rates along the way. Those who will not be part of the process, or
those who will hesitate/stumble along the way will be better off focusing on
handicrafts, dried fish/fruits; reminishing a bygone era; living off
vicariously, etc. We will make sure that at least one work-group during the
ACCEED program will concentrate on case-studies supporting the outsourcing
push and similar initiatives. I feel a lot more comfortable with this year's
program primarily because we will have case-studies/programs touching the
full product/service cycle - from concept; education/training; building
infrastructures and collaboration; funding; penetrating markets; expanding
market share; piloting/implementing next-generation products and services;
product/service positioning; setting technical and performance standards;
balancing brain drain and brain gain; risk assessment; etc. Moreover, this
year's contingent from the U.S. will share their experience and thoughts in
outsourcing, meet face-to-face with their counter-parts in the Philippines,
consummate and reinforce some..., and much much more...

I would like to think that this is where the rubber meets the road. This
long march will separate the boys from the men; the theoriticians from the
practitioners; the dreamers from the achievers; the "wannabees" from the
"warrriors"; etc. We will need a lot of help and cooperation.
