If you gateway is the same of your proxy server...
for ipchains:
ipchains -A input -p TCP -d 0/0 80 -j REDIRECT <port of your proxy server>
for iptables:
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp --dport 80 -j
REDIRECT --to-port <proxy port>
