What is really the problem? > Part of finding the problem is isolating points of possible problems. For instance, isolate the X driver for the video card by plugging in another brand of video card (known to run X well) and see if you still lock up. If you still do, then most likely your problem is hardware. Swap mobos with a known good one and see if you still lock up. Without this process of isolation you will be just guessing and that's a problem if you've got more than one problem causing the lock ups. _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
