You may need to apply a kernel patch for IP-WCCP tunneling. We have the
patch available here:
ftp://mactan.herrera.iphil.net/pub/system/kernels/ip_wccp-2.4.2.patch.gz
DO NOT COMPILE THE IP TUNNELING FEATURE THIS PATCH ADDS AS A MODULE!
