Only one nameserver set in the zone file?

One nameserver of .PH, ns.uu.net, lists two servers.

MTA's return the error if your domain is not found in the DNS, initially as an
anti-spam measure to block spam that was being sent from invented domains.
Now they just use YOUR domain :(
